Before you start
ChatGPT adds a custom MCP server through Developer mode, which you turn on in settings. For the quickest setup, use Claude instead. You also need a paid Influesque plan or an active free trial. See Credits & limits.
Turn on Developer mode
- In ChatGPT, open Settings -> Apps -> Advanced settings.
- Turn on Developer mode.

Add Influesque
- On the same screen, click Create app.
- Enter a Name, for example
Influesque. - Under Connection, keep Server URL selected and paste:
https://platform.influesque.com/mcp
- Leave Authentication set to OAuth.
- Tick I understand and want to continue, then click Create.

Sign in and connect
After you click Create, ChatGPT shows an Add Influesque to ChatGPT screen.
- Click Sign in with Influesque.
- Sign in to your Influesque account and approve access.
- ChatGPT returns to the app and Influesque is connected.

Try it
In a new chat, make sure the Influesque connector is enabled, then ask:
Which creators has HelloFresh worked with? Include a link to each on Influesque.
ChatGPT calls Influesque and returns the brand's creator list with links back to the app. For more ideas, see Example workflows.
Troubleshooting
- No Developer mode option. Look under Settings -> Apps -> Advanced settings.
- The tools are not used. Make sure the Influesque connector is enabled for the chat, then ask again.
- Out of credits. Top up or upgrade in the app under Settings -> API & MCP.
- Prefer a key? For scripts, n8n, or CI, see Connect with an API key.
